This practice is a nurturing blend of guided meditation, reflection, and therapeutic trauma-informed yoga. Participants will move mindfully, focusing on releasing stored emotions and stagnant energy in the body. This practice will help you calm the nervous system, connect with breath, and body.
With the help of props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, you’ll enjoy supportive, grounded poses that feel good. It’s a time to connect with yourself, asking what’s coming up for you on the mat. Think of it as a chance to unwind, recharge, and dive deep within.
We’ll wrap up in savasana, enhanced by soothing sounds from instruments like the singing bowl, tongue drum, and chimes, giving your body a chance to fully relax and receive.
Everyone’s welcome, no matter your experience level! We hope to see you there. -
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully engage in the practice. Such as leggings or sweatpants, soft top. Bring a yoga mat and water.
